I am Italian and know that hairdressers in Italy go through stringent training and get to practise their craft a lot because Italian women go to their salon almost weekly. So I googled for one and found Stefano. I had my first appointment with him today, showed him a photo of my preferred style-cut and he understood immediately what I was after. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Daniela today and couldn't be happier. She took the time to explain the process, listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and drew the shape first so I could approve it. The whole experience was calm, relaxing and professional. The chair was so comfortable, with a cosy blanket, that I actually fell asleep! Daniela was gentle, caring and checked on me throughout, applying numbing cream as needed. I highly recommend Daniela and the team at Monarch.
