The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Mo is absolutely amazing. Goes out of her way to make you feel safe and comfortable. The treatment room is a cosy nook that makes you feel calm right from the start. She has absolutely magic hands - whether it's reflexology to help me manage all my issues, or Indian head to melt away weeks worth of stress. If you're looking for a calming treatment with a lovely therapist, Mo is definitely your girl 💜

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Visiting Louise for a soothing heights head massage is my favourite half hour of the month! The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

Had a wonderful sculpting and relaxing face and head massage with Kristina. Kristina is warm, welcoming and a very skilled practitioner. I left with reduced puffiness and a lifted look with a glow that continued throughout the following day. Kristina pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile to provide after care advise. I had an amazing face massage today! The whole experience was so relaxing — the pressure was perfect, and my skin felt instantly softer and refreshed. I could literally feel the tension melting away from my jaw and forehead. After the treatment, my face looked brighter and more lifted. Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
