Booked in for the 75 minute head spa and facial with Kelly and omg i wish it lasted all day. My face and scalp feel so amazing. I would definitely go back!! And would definitely recommend

Anna is great!!!! She really gets to know you so the treatment you have are tailored for you. I had reflexology and a Swedish back massage which were amazing amd left feeling relaxed and calm. Would recommend Tranquil Healing by Anna.

Had a lovely experience at Aura Spa. The spa room is so lovely & private and they've managed to fit so much in a small place. However 45minutes goes very quickly! The massages we had were amazing, they asked which areas we'd like focused on, usually masseuses ignore this, but they really took care to target our problem areas and we were so relaxed afterwards! Would definitely recommend for a couples spa or with close friends & family.

Less of a massage and more of an all round healing experience

Amazing massage, one of the best I’ve ever had with the lovely Dior (and I’ve had a lot of massages), found all my tight/tense spots. Lovely ladies and surroundings too. Had eyebrow shape and tint and again the best experience - very thorough and precise. Will defo be back soon. Lisa B x

Had an incredibly relaxing couples massage! Was the perfect balance of relaxing & working out sore muscle groups. Would recommend to anyone!

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

This is a really special service. Kars creates a safe space for everyone. They tailor the experience to your needs in a judgment-free, easy manner, which is so rare for queer people. The ASMR was really great as an introduction to being touched and the massage was incredible. This is the only service in London I know that does live ASMR massage. Using relaxation techniques as a way of grounding yourself into your body is incredibly healing for trans and queer individuals. I cannot recommend Kars enough.

I have been seeing Kars for over 2 years. I keep coming back even after trying other therapists. So intuitive and really listens to what they feel. I love their holistic approach I always feel so relaxed and taken care of- which really important to queer peeps. Also they always have great deep pressure. I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. Relaxing, rejuvenating and refreshed! This was first time having a pregnancy massage and reflexology. Anna made me feel comfortable and took away any pains and anxiety I was feeling. The Japanese scalp and hair treatment was a truly calming experience. The head massage was soothing, and the products left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair soft and shiny. A peaceful and effective treatment—I’d definitely recommend it for some self-care time.
