Erika is brilliant at what she does. I really needed a back, neck and head massage as I've had some ongoing medical issues. Erika worked hard, even pressure and pummelling. I feel much better albeit a 30min treatment. A 45 min is better, particularly if you are in need but I got the very best put of a 30 min treatment. Unfortunately, I had trouble booking online at £36 includes a 10% discount. I was in Muswell Hill and made my way to the salon as I was running out of time for a 5.30pm treatment. Because I paid at the salon I had to pay £40 as the 10% is only valid online. Shame really.

Less of a massage and more of an all round healing experience

Excellent hair cut. My stylist listened to everything I said and personalised my treatment for curly hair, he gave me a beautiful head massage. I will be back

Mila at Sacred Motion gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She focused on my targeted areas with such precision and care—her skill is truly unmatched. I’ve had many massages before, but none have compared to the relief and release I felt after this session. Mila intuitively knew exactly where to apply pressure and how to work through tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. I left feeling completely relaxed, restored, and pain-free. She is a true expert at her craft. Highly recommend! Thank you Mila for a great experience.

This is a really special service. Kars creates a safe space for everyone. They tailor the experience to your needs in a judgment-free, easy manner, which is so rare for queer people. The ASMR was really great as an introduction to being touched and the massage was incredible. This is the only service in London I know that does live ASMR massage. Using relaxation techniques as a way of grounding yourself into your body is incredibly healing for trans and queer individuals. I cannot recommend Kars enough.

I love their holistic approach I always feel so relaxed and taken care of- which really important to queer peeps. Also they always have great deep pressure.
