Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Its my first time having my hair done at a Salon, and my first time experiencing it here at Le Salon was great. Sophie was really lovely and really helpful. As always, I had an absolutely wonderful massage with Brenda at Casa Regina! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brenda was professional, attentive, and really skilled. She had excellent technique and really knew how to work out the tension I'd been carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere at Casa Regina was lovely as well. I had a two hour Thai Oil massage - which my therapist Zina tailored to my need. I have particular back pain which would require medical care - Zina worked with pull, stretch, deep tissue and manipulative techniques - focusing on my back (but a whole body massage), to better my very stiff lower back, neck and shoulders. Zina worked on some fatty tissue (formed as a harmless lump about 3cm wide - which I have had for a few years) - it was painful whilst working on it - but surprisingly it's now disappeared. The treatment was thorough and Zina put a lot of hard work and concentration in.

I don’t really have the words to describe this experience - As a plus-size woman, in the past I have rarely feel at ease immediately when I arrive for a treatment, but the space feels sacred and is so welcoming. Brenda is an incredibly gentle soul who read my body - the tension, the pain and emotional blockages - and unwound, soothed and released with compassion. I have already booked my next session - can’t recommend highly enough!

Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
