Had an amazing hot stone massage with Anna in her beautiful cabin studio. The setting in her back garden created such a peaceful atmosphere, and Anna's skill made the experience truly blissful. I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

I went to Kinga for a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She is absolutely amazing at what she does so skilled, professional, and really knows how to work with your hair type and features. I showed her the exact style I wanted, and she nailed it perfectly; it looks exactly how I hoped, if not better. Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Able to walk in, bit of a wait if you don't have an appointment but all staff are lovely and friendly. Had eyebrows threading, have been coming here for the past 12 years and everyone is lovely and welcoming. Happi & Moon are my regular threaders but literally cannot go wrong with the majority of staff. From moment you walk in to when you leave, it's costumer service with a smile

Jo is the BEST!! I arrived late and frazzled and Jo has created an environment where the stress just melts away - and that's before she even starts the treatment! Her massages are amazingly targeted and restorative. All the tension melts away and the whole experience really enhances my wellbeing. I have a regular date in my diary to see Jo and really see the benefit of what she offers. I totally recommend her and her services!!

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

There is a skill and almost mystical like quality when you find a hairdresser whose hands are like magic in and to your hair (myself and my 12 year old daughter especially loves her hair appointments, particularly the head massages! 😁)... Thank you Tenika!

Perfect as always

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

I went to see Anna for reflexology and facial reflexology. What an amazing experience, I think I floated out on a cloud. From the moment I walked into her beautiful, calm treatment room, I felt relaxed. Anna is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, she put me at ease from the very start. This was not just reflexology, it was another level. I highly recommend both these treatments, I will be back for more soon.
