Exquisite massage.....I suffer from chronic hip pain and intermittent lower back pain. My session alleviated the pain significantly leaving me fully rested and far less stiff and tense. It's a first for me to have a professional massage therapist check in on me prior to treatment, actively listen, ask questions and then tailor my treatment accordingly. Fantastic session. Had the consultation beforehand and he really listened to what my issues were and gave very good advice to take away with regards to exercises to add to my gym session to strengthen and protect my back from injury. The actual adjustment was exactly what I needed and so far has fixed the main issue I went in for!

I had a great experience . firstly the therapist Comfort had a calm ,warm and supportive manner wanting to know what I was hoping to get out of the massage. She particularly addressed the areas that I said needed attention. As a consequence the tension and the pressure build up in both areas were released. I went out so much better than when I came in. Highly recommend!!
