Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

First time visiting, I opted for the Relaxation Package and I was not disappointed. I chose the Hot Stone Massage and then 30 min Reiki Treatment, Michelle was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and the oils smelled amazing. Will definitely be back.
