I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊
