I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

The combination of a much needed massage together with reflexology = heavenly! Stacey is an expert masseuse and she uses that knowledge to great effect. The knots in back back are now dissolved. I booked the Total Wellness package with Meral including cupping, facial, reflexology, and reiki. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Meral is so kind and accomodating and the space is really beautiful. She is fantastic at what she does and I loved every second. I had previously only been for a cupping session before but after trying the facial, reflexology, and reiki, I wouldn't hesitate to book either of these treatments again. I cannot recommend her highly enough - the absolute best!! <3
