Ela was fantastic as always. Warm and welcoming and so understanding of not just physically what's going on but a genuine interest in how you are. She always remembers key things to talk about and is so compassionate. Great massage as always and really beneficial for all round well being.

As soon as I walk through the doors of the Gin Spa, I feel myself instantly relax. The whole experience is a sensory delight. From the decor, the music to the scent running through the air. My therapist, Morgan was wonderful. It was my first experience of a Hot Stone massage and it has quickly taken first place as my favourite treatment. The only downside is that the treatment has to end! I am already booking my next one.

First time at the Gin Spa. Great location hidden away in a courtyard in between two busy streets in the middle of the city centre. The interior design is thoughtfully done and the whole spa is immaculately clean. I had a full body hot stone massage and the therapist was very good. The negatives are the small size of the reception and lounge room; it’s the same area for both, which doesn’t feel very private, and there seems to be only one shower, which is in the WC room that in turn is off the reception/lounge.
