Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. Feel so much better after each lymphatic drainage and manage session. I suffer from a lot swelling in my legs and abdomen along with pain in shoulders back. Always leave with a drastic reduction in swelling in both legs and stomach, and my back feel alot less stiff. Would highly recommend!
