Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. On a busy weekend in Cape Town and thousands of Hyrox enthusiasts trying to get pre-event or post-event massages, Ninette came through for me. Highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology for competitive sports. My minor aches and pains were given a light treatment and felt amazing. I can say with confidence, I feel prepared and ready to do my first event and thanks to Ninette from Cape Radiant.

I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.
