This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. The couples Swedish massage with aromatherapy oils was just what we needed. Wonderful massage treatment from Chantal and Melissa in a lovely setting. I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. I left revitalised, great feeling skin - highly recommend !!🔥
