I had my first cryotherapy session at The Cryo Lab and had a really positive experiences.I have FND, which causes seizures, jerking, internal shaking and body aches. I went in feeling sore and shaky, but afterwards I felt instant relief. My jerking stopped for a while, the soreness eased, I could walk better and felt more energised. The internal shaking is still there, but much calmer.Ellie-Mae was absolutely lovely, friendly and reassuring. She talked me through the whole session and made me feel comfortable and safe. I had a lymphic drainage massage which is a really light massage. I didn’t know this is part of the expert technique. My body felt amazing afterwards and Nora was so lovely. She gave me plenty of advice around my diagnosis/operation. I really thought it was going to be a “fad” as I’ve seen so many people having them on social media. But honestly the results relaxed my nervous system and helped my bloating.

My mum had such an amazing experience at Glamaura! Sana did her keratin treatment and was honestly so lovely, friendly and welcoming throughout. She made my mum feel really comfortable and took so much care with her hair. All the staff were so sweet and kind, which made the whole experience even better. I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The room was lovely, with thoughtful little touches like fresh Thai tea, which made the whole experience feel extra special. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and would definitely recommend! Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

The service was excellent. The staff are amazing they made me feel very welcome. The hair is even better. The stylist was very light with her hands I was very comfortable. Ot was a great experience. You can tell they enjoy their work i loved their attention to detail to waxing. I usually go elsewhere but they paid more attention to my session compared to me gping elsewhere. Im considering becoming a regular :)
