I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

It’s my second time getting my nails done with Emily and all I can say is that she’s an absolute star! She’s the most talented nail artist I’ve ever had and she’s so quick at it even though we do intricate designs every time! I only recently moved to Manchester and so happy to have found her straight away. Highly recommend!

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. From next month I will be doing the package so that I can escape reality once a month! Amazing amazing amazing xx

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

I had such a lovely experience at Roukh Thai Wellness Prestwich. My bf booked a deep tissue massage after having body and back pain for a few days, and Nina was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I needed, and the massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during it. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed. I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Natalia today and wow! She’s so intuitive and somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to explain it. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—such a luxurious space that makes the whole experience feel even more special from the moment you walk in. It really felt like a full escape, not just a treatment. It blows my mind how working on your feet can release so much tension in your head, neck, and shoulders—but it genuinely worked. First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.
