I've been seeing Jeanette for various treatments for a few years now + there's a reason why - she's so knowledgeable + intuitive + I step away feeling a difference. It doesn't have to be a deep tissue massage to feel effective. It's the combination of strokes, joint mobility + other modalities she uses together that works. She won't just focus on a problem area because she can see the root of it might start somewhere else. Today I tried cupping as part of my treatment for the first time. Between that + the massage, I now feel lighter + have much better range of movement in my hips + shoulder

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. I had a reflexology session with Jeanette today, and it was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The whole experience was so relaxing, with a lovely, calming atmosphere from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and left feeling refreshed and at ease. Highly recommend!
