The girls did such an amazing job with my unruly locks during my wedding trial and I came out feeling like brunette Rapunzel with my glossy new locks! I had a luxe aromatherapy mini-massage included as standard, a perfectly matched hair tint, cut, blow-dry, clip-in extensions fitted and styling from the gods. You will not regret coming here, they are super friendly, professional and gentle. Thank you again, can't wait for the big day now!

Wonderful head and shoulder massage before having a cut and colour done. Always feel very well looked after - Kat and the girls always explain what they’re doing and why with colouring/treatments. Totally recommend.

Amazing! I’ve been trying out a few places for Thai massage and this one is the best so far (I doubt there will be better). We had a couples deep tissue thai massage. I had Anna and my partner had Dolly. We both left feeling amazing. Really friendly and they have obviously trained very well because it’s like she read my body. Every time I was thinking about a part of my body that needed attention. she was there without me having to say anything. Thanks so much!

Amazing! Had the authentic Thai massage (with pyjamas, no oil). So difficult to find in the UK but this was great, my back feels so much better. Definitely recommend and will be back :)

Fantastic massage, I have been for several treatments with Basia and she does amazing work.

A deep, powerful massage in splendid surroundings.

I'm so pleased to have found such a wonderful knowledgeable masseuse; kind, confident, and professional. I went in with chronic pain and have come out feeling lighter and in repair, her treatment has helped significantly. She has a wealth of knowledge and variety of disciplines, which I could feel on my 'Custom Massage', I found this incredibly relaxing but also deep enough to really aid my body to repair. The Indian Head Massage was wonderful for my occipital headaches and neck issues. I've slept better after each session too. Clean, welcoming, relaxing space, easy booking! HIGHLY recommend!

But from the moment I arrived I was treated so well by all the lovely staff, Tara listened carefully to what I wanted and made some suggestions. Throughout the entire experience I was made to feel special and cared for. The final result was more than I'd hoped for and I am delighted. Would 100% recommend

I’m always delighted with the way Nikki cuts and styles my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want and is so meticulous. I had such an amazing time at studio 11! I booked in because two of my friends go here and it was my birthday and my mum was having surgery which I let Kat know and she was so kind. I was worried I might be late because I was at the hospital and she was really understanding even though I wasn’t in the end. She was excited to take on the challenge that was my hair that day and I really loved the outcome. A really nice touch was the neck and head massage. The whole atmosphere at the salon was relaxing, friendly and comfortable.

Had my first Buccal facial massage with Vikki. Was so calming and relaxing. Having suffered with a very tight jaw from teeth grinding / clenching it was exactly what I needed. Added bonus of leaving you with a glowing complexion. If you haven’t tried this style of facial massage highly recommend booking with Vikki.
