Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

Been going to Kerry on a monthly basis for years, what she doesn't know about skincare is not worth knowing! Had a chemical peel and microneedling today, skin feels tightened and glowy, can't wait to see the full results in the coming days. Kerry can also.provide gorgeous massages and facials. Book an appointment, you will not be disappointed. 😊

Fabulous experience. Mimi was the perfect therapist and host. The afternoon tea was delicious homemade scone and more. Catering team ensured a nut free menu for me.

I had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Lizzy last week. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, her space was very relaxing and the massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 Lizzy is an amazing therapist with a great intuition. Her space is lovely, cosy, clean, and smells great! I've been for a couple of antenatal massages now, and am hoping to squeeze in a few more before baby comes. She handles the pregnant body so well, and strikes a great balance between enough pressure and the appropriate careful approach. I'll also definitely return postpartum!
