Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

I had a full body massage and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jo was brilliant—she instinctively knew exactly where the tension was and worked it out with real care and skill. The atmosphere was so calming, I felt completely at ease the whole time. I slept like a baby that night and woke up feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend if you need to unwind and feel looked after!

I had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Lizzy last week. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, her space was very relaxing and the massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had an amazing time today! I had a full body massage with Beatrice cannot recommend enough! Beatrice was lovely and welcoming. She started the treatment by asking about the areas I wanted to focus on and how firm I wanted the massage to be. I explained about a health condition that I have, explained what I wanted with those areas and Beatrice listened. After it was nearly 2 hours of bliss. The treatment room was relaxing with dimmed lights and relaxing music. Loved the warm towels and how the massage oil was warmed before the treatment. It was lovely to relax after and take a moment.

It was wonderful. I can’t wait to have another session. I left leaving lighter and my whole body more harmonious and integrated. Thank you Lizzy.

A lovely massage .Lizzy is attentive to current problems and needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. The room is warm and snug so the whole experience is soothing and therapeutic. Highly recommended

Loved the Hampton spa wonderful location so tranquil staff were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away the pool steam room and sauna were all fabulous and I even got alone time in all 3 great facilities showers toilets and changing rooms were immaculate and Mimi who provided me with a full body Swedish massage and facial was Amazing she introduced her self when I was waiting a very warm welcoming person extremely good at what she does again made me feel so comfortable the smells of essential oils and treatments were divine and left smelling and feeling fabulous

A lovely luxury pedicure and gel toes by Malwina! She took lots of care over the whole treatment and made sure I was 100% happy with the colour. Will definitely book again :) thank you!

Beatrice is a wonderful massage therapist. I had a fully body Swedish massage with her and it was fabulous. It lasted ages and I felt very pampered throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Beatrice if you’re looking for a deeply relaxing, professional massage. Hampton Spa is also a very pleasant venue with plenty of available parking.

10/10 Lizzy is an amazing therapist with a great intuition. Her space is lovely, cosy, clean, and smells great! I've been for a couple of antenatal massages now, and am hoping to squeeze in a few more before baby comes. She handles the pregnant body so well, and strikes a great balance between enough pressure and the appropriate careful approach. I'll also definitely return postpartum!
