I had a full body massage and a facial “Dermalux” with Katie, and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The treatment room is very cosy and she will put you at easy very quickly. I would recommend her without a doubt, and will be back for sure!

L was brilliant! I felt completly indulged by her full service. It felt incredible! really deep and fully dedicated massage. It was my 1st time trying this place, and I left completely lifted up, pain gone, and muscles all tender with a good feeling. I loved the premises too! super calm, great scented rooms, with the peaceful noise of water running thanks to the fountain they have. I'll definitely visit again :) Thanks so much for being so welcoming.

Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

My first session with Aneta was excellent. Friendly, professional and she cured my achey hips. Aneta has shown different skills, such as Thai Stretch Massage. Probably not for the faint hearted, but I do like a challenge....The result was great though. All the staff are great at the spa and they all have their own techniques.
