Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

Another excellent deep tissue massage. Highly recommended.

What a super relaxing facial. Trish really listened to what I said about my skin and chose products accordingly and my skin has been very good since. Head neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage in with the treatment, I didn't want it to end. Would highly recommend the whole thing

Trish’s years of experience really comes through her massage. She gives a really indulgent generous massage with tenderness and insight to exactly what your body requires. I can’t reccomend her enough!

This was my first experience at the Spa, and I had a wonderful hour's massage and mini facial with Trish - she made me feel so relaxed, the ambiance was just right, and the whole experience was perfect. I shall most definitely be going again, and next time will book for one of Trish's longer sessions!
