Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

I had a full body hot stone massage followed by some reflexology. Absolutely fantastic, thank you Charly. Not only super relaxing but physically healing. She found tension areas I didn’t even know could be tense. It was an intense experience but thoroughly recommend for distressing and relaxation.

I had a taster session of an Indian Head Massage. It was very enjoyable - Trish explained everything well and it gave me the chance to decide whether to book a full session. Lovely calming experience .

Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

I absolutely love this place! Always leave feeling incredible. I’ve had both Thai and deep tissue massages (pressure as hard as you like). Today I treated myself to a combined massage and facial which was complete luxury and just what I needed after a busy, stressful week. 100% recommend.

As someone who loves a good massage, I can highly recommend Bristol Thai spa. I have ongoing knotted and tight shoulders. It's amazing how much better I feel after an hour sports massage.. They got right in there with elbows and arms. Got some excellent cracks out of my back. Will definitely be going back for more.
