I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

Amazing experience once again at Mansion Spa! This time I had upped body massage with Rohnda and I asked for a deep tissue massage. It was tough but that’s exactly what I wanted and she kept asking if the pressure was ok! Loved it and will be coming back!

We booked a full body Swedish massage for couples. We have been to various spas for massage and the Mansion Spa is one of the best experiences so far. Beds are heated, large and comfortable. The building g us nicely decorated and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself lasted 1.5 hours and it was great. The therapist has done a great and very thorough job on my back which is very knotty. My husband and I both felt relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back again.

My experience was excellent, I was in Birmingham for a conference and booked a wax and eyebrow appointment with Beauty by Nilima, Jass was the one who did my treatment and she was excellent! Very experienced and made the whole experience quick and painless. Defo recommend.

So lovely, Manisha did my waxing treatments and she was such a perfectionist, i’m so happy with how comfortable she made me feel as it was my first time with her. I loved the results, nothing to complain about at all. The lovely girls at the reception were so welcoming and kind also, the salon itself is very clean and aesthetic. Loved the whole experience! Definitely the place to go in Birmingham for your beauty treatments!

I had a deep tissue massage, my masseuse was Sue she was lovely and soft spoken, and made sure to make sure I was comfortable. The massage was really good she made sure to focus on the areas of tension in my back and neck we discussed and I feel much lighter now. I tried the masion as it was closer to my work than my other masseuse, I really enjoyed my experience and will be returning. Sue was great.😊

Harvinder was amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’m in Birmingham for university so mainly get my eyebrows done from my city but one lady botched one of them. Harvinder is very competent in what she does and now my eyebrows look amazing. Bonus - My mum loves them too!
