Deep Tissue with Bianca. Whole experience was amazing. The heated bed, crisp sheets and blankets. The massage from Bianca was one of the best I’ve had. Walked in after a particularly brutal week of work and she just took the knots and tension away from my head, neck and back. Thank you!

I mean.. every time I visit Mesa I leave feeling so calm and at peace. This time in particular I was lucky enough to have Saskia for my massage and she had the highest intuition of my body I have ever had before from a massage! It was like floating in space. Could not recommend her more. And the whole team, space, and energy.

Incredibly relaxing. Clean and cosy space so perfect for detoxing and calming down after a big week. The sauna is always spotless and the staff and super nice and gentle. Perfect for the whole vibe of the place!! Love love love

When I was younger I didn't even know what a beauty salon was or what they offer. In the last few years Jen at Embellish Inc has shown me a whole new world of self care! She always goes above and beyond with so many wonderful treatments. Today I came in for a back massage and foot treatment. So relaxing I completely lost track of time. Jen’s care is so grounding it’s my favourite way to love my body. I will be coming in more often now I love in Sydney. Highly recommend visiting Jen any chance you get!

Today I had the most amazing treatment with Jen, it my first Nanofusion and it definitely won’t be my last. Finished with a peel, the whole experience was honestly a sensory delight. The combination of touch, sound and the tuning forks created the most calming, beautiful atmosphere. My skin feels and looks a million dollars, but more than that, I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and completely reset.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of having my first lymphatic drainage massage with Anush, and she exceeded my expectations. After my first session, I booked a series as I was so impressed. The atmosphere of the spa is calm like a sanctuary, staff warmly welcoming and friendly. The treatment itself is always wonderful in every way. Anush is highly knowledgeable, her techniques highly advanced. The results instantly noticeable, I walk out feeling so much lighter, less inflamed and refreshed. Anush is definitely in the league of advanced body work, I love my sessions with her!
