After years of trying to find the right hairdresser for me in Brisbane, I finally found him! I am Italian and know that hairdressers in Italy go through stringent training and get to practise their craft a lot because Italian women go to their salon almost weekly. So I googled for one and found Stefano. I had my first appointment with him today, showed him a photo of my preferred style-cut and he understood immediately what I was after. I now couldn’t be happier with the result. Conversing in Italian with him was an extra bonus. Grazie Stefano, sei un genio. A presto rivederci.

She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I loved the result. Claire checked in with me throughout the entire appointment, making sure I was happy with each step, and was so open to adjusting her technique to suit my curls and preferences. It never felt rushed! She took the time to understand my hair and was dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome. I’ll be back!

Come here regularly. Great place to get a haircut. Very talented staff. It is very popular but even as a walk-in you would rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes to get in the chair. Arguably the best barber shop in Brisbane. Highly recommended.

My first time at Cougar Design Italiano and I’ve found my new hairdressers in Brisbane!! Such a wonderful experience. I haven’t dyed my hair for 3 years after being on a healthy hair journey and was worried to but I couldn’t have found a better salon. My balayage is such a beautiful natural blonde and my hair still feels so healthy and soft. I’ve already had compliments on my hair and I only had it done yesterday. Thank you so much ☺️❤️

I honestly can't recommend Katelyn at Farrah Studio enough! 🤍 She had styled my hair before, but this was my first time trusting her with my colour and she's officially my new hairdresser! I showed her my inspiration photos, she said, "Let's do it," and absolutely nailed it. The colour and foils are exactly what I wanted! Not only is Katelyn so talented, but she's also such a lovely person. The whole salon has such a beautiful, welcoming vibe, and you leave feeling so confident and refreshed. Such a feel good experience I can't wait to be back!
