I want to thank Oxana, it was my first time visiting Melly's after trying a few different places since relocating to Brisbane and after explaining what I was looking for, Oxana did a great job on my brows and lashes. She listened to what I had to say and thoughtfully included me in the whole process. I hope I didn't scare her too much with my stories of previous experiences and expectations. It's hard finding someone in a new place when you've had the same beautician for many years. I look forward to my next appointment.

Attention to detail from beginning to end. Mon is experienced and Bella who did my lashes did a great job under pressure as my neck and back pain was playing up during my first visit. Asked for natural eyelashes and they consulted and gave me options and ideas for what look would suit and achieved a look that looks great on me. Definitely would recommend to my friends in Brisbane.

Hands down the best salon in Brisbane! Since moving from the Gold Coast, I’ve been getting my lashes and nails done at Melly’s and I couldn’t be happier. I visited the salon on a trip to Brisbane, with a reasonably tricky task of going a lot blonder in a balyage style. Christine understood exactly what I was after and did a great job in getting a result which was probably better than I had hoped for. All of the team in the salon were happy and friendly and I would feel really confident going to see any one of them, to be honest. I thought the cost was reasonable too. Thanks ladies, I will see you again when I am in Brisbane in 6 weeks or so!

I always have great experience at Bella Brows. I usually get a lash lift and brow tint. The chair is super comfy and perfect for a relaxing snooze. Kim was incredibly gentle and precise. The lash lift usually lasts me a couple of months and makes my life so much easier. My go-to self-care ritual!

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back in Italy! The salon is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and so welcoming. You can really see the passion and care behind this new place. Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!
