I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. Your work is great - and should be displayed more on your social media platforms

I had such a lovely experience at Silk Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully set up. My nail tech was incredibly professional and gentle, and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails came out flawless—super neat and beautifully shaped. You can really tell they care about quality and client satisfaction. The only issue I have with franchises is that non-regular customers often receive subpar service, and the difference in treatment compared to regulars is noticeable. That definitely needs to change. I was also disappointed that my appointment wasn’t picked up from the system after booking online, which caused an unexpected delay. Thankfully, the receptionist saved the day by finding me a slot to get my nails done. Thank you! 😊

Hi there Amore Nails, Thanks I had my nails done on Saturday. It was done lovely by the very competent Asanda. Please note the gel lamps that you guys use I see they never seem to be wiped down, please do make sure they are cleaned and no marks on them as it doesn't give a very professional feel and one wants to be made to feel that your goods you use are cleaned timeously.
