What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mood Beauty CPT is a pamper paradise! The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, everything is immaculate, neat, and well-maintained. A Luxury experience!

Yanelisa is a superstar. I had an amazing massage session! The therapist was skilled and attentive, and the ambiance was super relaxing. They really listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to perfection. Felt like I was in heaven 😌. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a massage with Century Glow, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The masseuse is extremely professional and arrives with everything, from calming music and tea to an essential oil diffuser that instantly sets the mood. They truly go above and beyond to create a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere, making you feel completely at ease from start to finish. The entire experience was amazing, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely be using Century Glow again! Highly recommended

It's also a stressful time of year and she was able to do some work that was more like physio or sports massage AND make the end of my treatment relaxing. I now come for a destress or targeted muscle work but love how we can address both in one appointment instead of choosing one stlye of massage per appointment.

Valentino offers such a calm and relaxing space — the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The 90-minute signature massage was absolutely wonderful; I left feeling deeply relaxed and grounded. I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

Tammy gave me the dreamiest, most relaxing facial ever! The products she used were gentle on my sensitive skin, and I'm keen to see how my skin looks and feels in a few days' time. The facial massage was an added bonus - literally the most peaceful, relaxing hour ever. Will keep going back!

My massage with Stefanie was outstanding. She was incredibly skilled and made sure the treatment was perfectly tailored to my needs. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Everything from the ambience to the cleanliness and service was top-class. Stefanie truly made the experience special, and I can’t recommend Spa@Banksia highly enough. I will definitely be returning!

Had 2 treatments: 45 minute massage was average, I guess due to the space and equipment provided there was nothing that the therapist(Nangamso) could do. Rue did my toes, excellent service and excellent work. Try and get the lights to be dimmed for massages, also get relaxation scents to set the mood

I have had many a massage at many establishments this is by far the most relaxing stress reducing massage ever. Sibongile has healing hands and will be a patron for as long as she is around.

Wonderful experience! it was a cold day, but the room was heated up to the perfect temperature, hot and cosy. Thank you for the relaxing massage, I had a lot of stress points that were massaged out. I would definitely be booking again!

Arno really goes the extra mile to get you fully relaxed during the session and you leave without any pain. I had some new stress knots in my back and neck, but he was very thorough in working them out. He has knowledge about numerous topics and lots of interesting stories, so you won't feel bored for even a second during the massage. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and most certainly be back for more visits.

I might be in love. I booked for myself and the kid and we had a pedicure with a very relaxing paraffin dip and full body massages with hot stone treatment and I am sure I will be back sooner than soon. These ladies are amazing and tentative to the clients needs.
