Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly. Kind regards Thank you

The experience was swift and calming. I love the fact that you get you hands cleansed by mineral salts before the manicure and the massage you get after the manicure. Beautiful experience. And special thanks to Philiswa for explaining to me the difference between natural buff & shine, and top coat buff & shine.

I really enjoyed my Gel Nails and Queen Pedi with Brenda, she did a wonderful job of my french mani. I love visiting BOA for my nails. However, I think BOA needs to invest in more exciting nail varnish colours, if you look at Sorbet's nail varnish, they have a much larger selection. I also think BOA should sell nail polish.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loice aced the memo with my soft gel tips, catseye polish with chrome French tips. Not an easy feat but she did it super well and im so happy with the end result.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my gel manicure looks flawless, excellent quality and the nail technician really takes their time to perfect the shape and design. Portia did an amazing job on my intricate nail art and the whole experience was very relaxing. Love the clean and welcoming atmosphere, the pedicures here is top notch with a bonus great foot massage.

Beautiful salon that’s very very clean. Lovely friendly staff. I booked a fullset acrylic with tips and gel polish and was told when paying that certain colours (bio) are an additional R70 which caught me off guard a bit seeings my booking did include gel polish.

My nail technician Nobunty was wonderful and offered a great service, however I thought I had corrected my treatment to a gel Pedi & I was so involved in other pressing matters, I now know it was regular paint & unfortunately when I got home my two toes were smudged. I need to know if my online booking was adjusted or not ?

Lovely experience at Boa, Buitengracht Street. The therapists were patient and sweet whilst I chopped and changed my mind and did a beautiful job of my nails! I had a gel manicure and pedicure and my partner had the Men's Pamper Day Package. We really felt the love and both agreed we'd certainly be going back!

Such a lovely experience with Claudine .was treated to a hot cup of coffee while having my nails done ❤️and so happy with my nails had a manicure done with halaal certified 786 nail polish.

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.
