Precious did an absolutely amazing job! She was quick but still incredibly professional. She completely saved my nails—they were so short, but with the tips and BIAB the results were flawless. I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊
