Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). I had a fab experience with Rejoice! Not only was she friendly, kind and professional, but she did a beautiful and efficient job soaking off and applying gel on my toes. The floor manager was unbelievably welcoming too! I was so impressed by my experience that I’m heading back tomorrow to get a mani haha! Thank you ladies xx

I was very impressed with Patience the technician..service... Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . OTHERWISE my sister was impress wth her service as well

Had a lovely time at Rose Blvd, it's such a cute place and all the ladies there are really sweet and friendly. Mbali did a great job with my naills! She paid close attention right from the beginning, and was meticulous with the supreme gel application to ensure I got the best mani. Highly recommend!

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊
