It was good as always 🙂 I was bummed that I could not do the treatment that I was booked for (acrylic nail extensions). I was a few minutes late (informed them), but was told that there is not enough time for that, I will have to do soft gel tips. Switch nail techs... Raquel did a great job!

The most relaxing experience! My toes needed some love and I got a full pedicure with gel. The massage and scrub were my fave part. I basically fell asleep. Mishou is such a sweetheart and clearly loves what she does 🤍

The therapist was good. I however feel that as a beauty bar each therapist should have there own items or there should be sufficient stock, instead of walking around to for an item.... for example the girls had to share gel polish, so a therapist came my stand with foil and some had to be thrown in there for her.

From start to finish it was absolutely amazing! Warm and welcoming, friendly and inviting. I have never had such an amazing experience at a hair salon before. They really do know how to pamper and care for their clients. From little warm blankets, to great coffee and mini cakes. The little details makes a big difference and the great service just adds onto it. I would like to say thank you so much to the Opale salon and team you have been amazing. Starting from the environment it was very peaceful and calming. The area of the treatments is very neat, inviting and well presented. The services provided by Ashleigh is very professional. I have a very problematic skin and the facial left my skin feeling revitalized and hydrated. Ashleigh takes her time to ensure that you are happy with the service provided for the gel nails from prep, to the actual application and finishing she checked in to see if I needed anything and to ask if I was still comfortable. Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.
