I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I was booked in today to have a gel polish on my nails.I had a great time with Kiera, she was very professional, super friendly and chatty. We discussed new "in" colours coming into the Autumn and was very happy with the finished result, so much so I'm booked in next week to have my toes painted to match.
