My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. Very very happy overall with the service and results. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing couples massage! My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue massage for his birthday, and we loved every minute. Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and informative, especially with aftercare advice. I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The screen between us was perfect, with calming rain sounds, candles and dim lighting creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Herbal tea at the end was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ 100% recommend, I’ll definitely be back for my own BDAY!

Phoebe is amazing — she always gets the tone exactly how I like it, and the blow-dry finishes everything off beautifully. My hair feels so refreshed, shiny and brand new every time! Such a lovely little pick-me-up and I honestly wouldn’t be without my in-between toner appointments now. 💕

I had a great manicure/pedicure and eyebrow thread with Dami. She was patient with me taking time to pick colours and provided a great service. Milu did an excellent haircut and I’m super happy with it! I want to also commend the staff on how they dealt with a very difficult and rude customer at the time. All staff were calm, polite and professional trying their best to deal with the situation and Milu defused it. I have to say, I was shocked with how disrespectful this customer was to the staff- wholly undeserved! I’ll certainly be back for great service!

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

My second time at The Nail Polish and was again excellent. I had Ryan who does the best biab - such attention to detail and really cares about his work. What’s more it has air conditioning!! Great salon. I highly recommend.
