Nataliia is an artist! She totally nailed the vibe I wanted: a sleek, tight bun that still felt relaxed. My hair is very thick and curly, but she prepped it perfectly with a flawless wash and blow-dry. She used just the right amount of product—it felt light but stayed sturdy through endless hugs and dancing! From the trial to the big day (when she even opened early for me!), she was incredible. After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. The massage was really good this time! There was just enough pressure. :) It paid off to tell the masseuse to put more pressure than last time. I felt sleepy the same evening and the morning after, but I think that’s normal.
