I've been going to Icey Artistry for a while and love it! I started with Kylie for lashes—she was amazing. When she went on mat leave, I tried a few others and now see Ally. Everyone’s super talented and kind. I get Gel X nails done by Steven—he’s incredible—and Hanna does my pedicures (her massages are the best!). It’s truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. Highly recommend!

Had my first visit to this salon, and it was such a pleasant experience! The decor is super cute, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Louis was my nail artist, and he did an amazing job with my gel manicure. He was meticulous in fixing the shape, prepping, and painting my nails. The attention to detail, especially with the clean, precise lines, was impressive. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be back!

Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I like the way my nails turned out. I got the Gel-X nails snd one of the nails was applied slightly crooked. It wasn’t something that I noticed until I got home. I also was surprised I didn’t get a hand massage as on my last service here I did receive one. I think the main area for improvement was around handling gift certificates. The g/c was in my Fresha account so I thought it would be easy to apply, but it took almost 15 minutes for 3 people (including the owner) to figure out how to apply it towards my service.

After a long time without doing my nails due to pregnancy and becoming a new mom, this appointment meant so much to me. The service was exceptional, Nay was skilled, kind, attentive, and made me feel truly cared for. The entire salon team was welcoming, professional, and thoughtful, creating such a warm and comfortable environment. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and very happy. Love love love the people at liveo! They are truly the warmest and most caring people who clearly love their work. I was a bit disappointed since my regular gel overlay colour is still out but of course Laura made my nails look great so I barely noticed. Hopefully they get stoked up again soon☺️

I LOVED my nails. I have tried other places for Gel X in Vancouver and this is so far the best. Amy is super talented. She chose the perfect color for me, and the nail extensions turned out exactly how I wanted them. On top of that, I was having such a bad day, and Amy was super nice and attentive!

I had a gel-x removal + gel mani appointment and usually my natural nails are never saved and are cut to the shortest possible. This was my first time at Posy- the removal was so gentle and all my natural nails were still intact and she saved my natural length! Very impressed and happy with my appointment.

Some of the best work I’ve ever had done! The only reason I went in again at 3 weeks was so I could have my gels refilled before I left town. Otherwise the nails were in great condition.

I had my nails done for the 2nd time at a few days ago. This is the prettiest my nails have ever looked, and I've had them done at many places. Colour, shape, cuticle work all exceeded my expectations (Alejandra, highly recommend). The first time I had a great experience with Viktoria, she had to work with my ruined and broken nails, and she did a wonderful job. Nails lasted 4 weeks (growth), did not break and the gel only started to lift but this is because I use alcohol/detergent (I give my nails a tough time). It is expensive (>$100) but is definitely worth the price.

Fiona is very nice and accomodating. The place was cozy. As a first-timer for her service I can definitely say she's amazing. I love my nails so much! 💅🤩

Everything was really great! I had to get my nails done quickly for a commercial shoot. Lee listened to my concerns about getting my gel nails done while pregnant and made it incredibly safe. She didn't use any acetone on removal, and I was super happy. Will definitely be back!

I recently got a Russian manicure with hard gel extension and Pedicure and I’m beyond satisfied! After trying various places in Canada and the US, this is hands down the best. The quality of the products, the meticulous work, and the professionalism of the girl who did my nails were exceptional and her name is Viktoriya. Such a nice girl who listened to me patiently to make sure what I like. Simply amazing!!!!!! This place even tops my best experience in Poland! I’m super happy with the results, and the money spent here is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
