I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

I've been going to Kate for over 10 years. Both Kate and Rozi are amazing. Rozi as always gives me great advice and I trust her totally. I always walk away looking great. No one else touches my hair. Colour cut and Blowdry always perfect!

From start to finish my experience with Jo was perfect. Her massage room is warm and cosy. Jo herself, is a delight. She put me at ease from the get-go. Her massage and reflexology was amazing , applying the pressure I was comfortable with, checking in with me as well as allowing the much needed silence. I will definitely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I've been raving about it to my friends.

a beautiful experience with Jo. she does a thorough consult before the treatment begins and every session is completely tailored to your needs. she is experienced and knowledgeable and her room is warm and inviting, just like her! after the most gorgeous massage and reflexology, i walked away on a cloud feeling like a different human, as if i’d had a weekend away and not a couple of hours. thank you Jo, you are truly magic!

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

Booked an at home full body and head massage for my mother - she said it was one of the best massages she’s had! Jeanette is absolutely lovely, will be booking her again. Highly recommend :)

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

On this occasion I had a sports massage for my legs following an increase in training. I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Rosie and Rinday are amazing girls- full of honest and professional advice- In fact the whole team keep you comfortable and offer you lots of beverages. Really love their head massages when they wash hair! Only wish they had magazines as it does get busy (as they are so popular) and it can pass the time.

I love Jeanette's warmth towards clients. I had the most amazing massage. I knew my legs were tight and she was so good in slowly adding pressure to help release the tension. Felt so much better and relaxed when I left

I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. This is such a nice feeling. Thank you 😃
