Honestly, this is the best massage ever. Remi is so experienced, applies the perfect pressure and responsive to what I need. I tried the buccal massage for the first time, it was excellent and really helped to relax my jaw. I cant recommend Remi highly enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you, Rosie and the team – I will definitely be returning!

Having a mobile massage at home was a first for me but I enjoyed every minute of it. It was nice to be at home and Remy made the whole experience calming, peaceful and relaxing. Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

Amazing service even when rushed off their feet they still managed to cater to everyone and maintained excellent service. Everyone works as a team to make sure the appointments ran as smooth as possible. This was my first visit will defo come back.

Rosie and Rinday are amazing girls- full of honest and professional advice- In fact the whole team keep you comfortable and offer you lots of beverages. Really love their head massages when they wash hair! Only wish they had magazines as it does get busy (as they are so popular) and it can pass the time.
