I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!
