We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Lovely hot stone massage with Tanya. First time here, everyone was so professional and nice. Atmosphere lovely, clean rooms, really liked that the massage tables were spacious and comfortable. Will be booking back here for sure to try out some of the other treatments! Please bring in other options such as scalp/ head massages too as add ons!

I've had several different massages and different therapists at Mansion Spa before but my Thai massage with Debra today was the absolute best! I really enjoyed the combination of stretching and more traditional massage techniques and my body felt completely different walking out compared to walking in. Debra has magic hands and I will definitely be booking with her again soon. Thank you so much Debra - at the end of a difficult and busy week, you absolutely made my day!

I usually have a deep tissue massage but yesterday was in too much pain so opted for a relaxing massage. - I fell asleep as soon as I got home for a solid 2 hours and slept like a log all night. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage !

Another perfect pamper session with Mona at Nail’d it Birmingham. I chose a deep spiced berry colour, ready for the upcoming party season, and thanks to Mona my nails look stylish and refreshed!

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Another amazing manicure at Nail’d It HN Birmingham. As a regular at the nail bar, I have every faith in my nail technician and once again I’m delighted with my new nail look. My natural long nails needed a trim - making the decision to go shorter than my normal look was daunting but needed to be done on this occasion. Mona delivered and filed the perfect shape and length - she even curated a customised paint colour by overlaying two complimenting colours to create my desired shade of nude pink. Another excellent experience at Nail’d It, Harvey Nichols Birmingham. I’ve just returned from my monthly manicure with Mona and I couldn’t be happier. On this occasion, my natural nails needed reshaping and the length reducing. This can be a slightly daunting prospect for anyone with long natural nails - getting it wrong isn’t an option. As ever, Mona listened carefully to my requirements and I’m so pleased. The sharp, square shape is perfect and well complimented by the soft, feminine hues of Bubble Bath nail polish. Whilst other natural nail manicures I’ve previous had have chipped easily, this lasted well and was testament to the quality of the OPI brand and Mona’s expertise.
