We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Lovely hot stone massage with Tanya. First time here, everyone was so professional and nice. Atmosphere lovely, clean rooms, really liked that the massage tables were spacious and comfortable. Will be booking back here for sure to try out some of the other treatments! Please bring in other options such as scalp/ head massages too as add ons!

I've had several different massages and different therapists at Mansion Spa before but my Thai massage with Debra today was the absolute best! I really enjoyed the combination of stretching and more traditional massage techniques and my body felt completely different walking out compared to walking in.
