I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I had my first visit today and I am absolutely over the moon! My eyelashes look so much better and the lash lift and tint I had was done so well. Shannon went through everything she was doing to keep me informed and we had a good chinwag while I was having it done. Will definitely be a regular there now!

Rachel is always so welcoming. She has created a really warm and cosy space for her clients 😌In terms of treatments, she nails it every time. I go for the brow lamination and lash lift and tint combo. I am always happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend ❤️

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️
