Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I had my first visit today and I am absolutely over the moon! My eyelashes look so much better and the lash lift and tint I had was done so well. Shannon went through everything she was doing to keep me informed and we had a good chinwag while I was having it done. Will definitely be a regular there now!

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️
