All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Tianna was very personable and lovely. Initially I wanted the mirror shine nails, but it wouldn’t work with the colour I had chosen so she asked for advice and ended up getting beautiful green Xmas nails done with the magnet method. She clearly works very thoroughly and takes pride in her work.

I had a lash lift with Emma today. I always thought I didn’t really have any eyelashes- well Emma has worked some kind of magic because now I have lashes!! Took about an hour which flew by as we just chatted away. I was nervous about having my eyes shut and not be able to open them but Emma put me totally at ease and honestly it was just a lovely hour of pampering! I’m 100% booking this treatment again!! I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Kingston Health Studio is a rare find! I was warmly greeted at the entrance, which set the tone for a lovely experience. I had a pedicure and eyelash tinting — both flawless. The therapist had a gentle, confident touch, and the results were beautiful. My lashes looked naturally enhanced, and my feet felt soft and polished. As someone who values hygiene, I appreciated that all tools were 100% sterile and unsealed in front of me. Everything was done efficiently and on time. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be back!

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
