Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Then so sweetly she came back and advised something more vibrant - Rosie always gives you the best advice. Today i was very impressed with the lady who did my eyebrows. Thank you xx

Joy is such an angel 💗I had such a wonderful time and she did my nails so beautifully. I am glad I chose this place. It was also my birthday and they gave me a cupcake 🥹 how kind. I would definitely recommend, the nail ladies are sweet and talented. The salon also has great lighting and many beautiful colour selections! I've been going to Kate for over 10 years. Both Kate and Rozi are amazing. Rozi as always gives me great advice and I trust her totally. I always walk away looking great. No one else touches my hair. Colour cut and Blowdry always perfect!

Andy did an excellent job on my nails. He was extremely professional and spent time perfecting the look I wanted on each finger. I absolutely love the results. Thank you Andy. The only criticism I have, was the worktop could have done with a damp cloth wipe down after removal of old polish there was nail debris on the surface, which isn’t great for clients with asthma.

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Always an amazing experience with Sheetal. Had a facial, cut and blow dry and my brows waxed and tinted. Came out feeling like a new woman. Nothing is too much for Sheetal - she’s truly amazing x

I was specifically asking for ash brown color and she was able to give me that same color.. I loved zaini's confidence, even with my hair dyed with henna she manage to rip off the henna outta my hair. It is not every hair dresser cuppa tea. I’ve visited Polishing and Plumper for the third time, and I’ve always had a really great experience at this salon. Today, Hamama did my waxing, and she did an excellent job. I originally came just for waxing, but I also got my eyebrows done because I really liked her work. I’m especially happy with my acrylics—Tom did an amazing job, even better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back again.

Tenika did an amazing full head of highlights, colour is perfect and great cut and blow dry. So friendly and chatty - lovely first time experience and I will be going back.

I took my 10 year old in for a small eyebrow wax and she had a great experience with Gemma who made her feel calm and at ease - was super sweet to her .

Fantastic beauticians. Pearly is the consummate professional with a welcoming smile. The facilities are clean & hygienic & Pearly makes every visit comfortable & friendly - whether that’s a quick eyebrow thread or a full on wax. Would not hesitate to recommend.
