I’ve lived all over Sydney, and travelled the world and this is still the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Beautiful and elegant interior, very hygienic, gorgeous customer service, loveliest pedicure/manicure massages, foot scrub, attention to detail on cuticles/paint work and my normal polish lasts a full week!!!!!!

Good experience overall. I had a lash lift and tint and a brow tint. Lash lift was great, great quality, each lash was lifted properly and evenly. I had a little issue with the tint, some of it got into my eyes but Sarah was great, she quickly washed it out. Brow tint was perfect, shape was exactly what I was after. I will be back again.

Every technician here is fabulous and I have never left disappointed. I had the pleasure of having Versha as my technician again today. Most of all, he is very experienced and kind. I wasn’t sure what to do at first, but he provided reasonable and personalized consultation and it suited me. I tried to have new perm style and the colour. I am happy bcs it turned out excellent.

Good. Sorry I was 10 mins late. If I’d known the scalp massage was going to be cut from my treatment I would’ve chosen not to have my eyebrows waxed instead. I’d like my next 2 treatments to be heavenly spa not serenity. I find I can’t have a back massage because it’s uncomfortable to lie on my stomach and I don’t want an eyebrow tint. I’d rather a scalp massage. The eye, throat, leg, arm and décolletage massages were all too firm for me. I’d rather a gentle relaxation massage. The neck and upper back massages were lovely though. The facial was lovely. The foot and hand massages were lovely.

Hannah did a brilliant job on my acrylic nails. It was my first time getting ombré and they look fabulous. Hannah was also very good at eyebrow tinting and waxing and gave me the eyebrows I’ve always wanted. I left very happy and pleased 😁
