Transport for Wales messed up the trains so bad that even though I left with 20 minutes and 2 trains buffer I ended up an hour late. Even towards the end of the day they managed to sort out my appointment so I could still get my sessions done and Maryna was great as usual. Thank you so much!

Fab service and just so much better than the previous machine down in Brighton when I had a different treatment provider, this is practically pain free by comparison. It's a bit sore in the evening after but last time it healed up so quickly was fab.

I always find electrolysis sessions with Daniela so relaxing, and she does a great job too.

First time having electrolysis, it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would - definitely a lot less painful than laser. India really knows what she's doing. Would totally recommend.

I had a great experience with Anja, from first meeting she was super friendly and welcoming. She talked me through everything about the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. The laser hair removal itself hurt a little as expected, but Anja was very considerate and would stop or apply cold if I had any discomfort. I've had very positive results since my first treatment. The salon itself is bright and clean, and very close to the train station, so very easy to get to. I highly reccommend Anja Gosha to anyone considering the treatments! :)
