Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.
