A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Absolutely incredible massage! Great service from start to finish. We had a couples massage fro my grinds 30th and they really impressed us. They provided champagne glasses for the Prosecco . Everything was neat, clean and presentable. Really lovely setting and venue. One of the best massages I have had in London so far. I will definitely be returning and try out the other services they offer.

Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. I walked in feeling tight and exhausted and left feeling lighter, looser, and like myself again. Thank you, Gabi, for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free.
