Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Absolutely lovely! Kathleena made the whole process feel therapeutic. She was very attentive from the beginning- offered a consultation prior to the treatment. Deeply researched my skin concerns and advised better products. My skin felt ultra smooth and clear after the treatment, so many compliments. Definitely returning for my chemical peel next month!

Just had my 4th microneedling facial and the results keep getting better every time. My skin texture has improved so much, old marks have faded, and my skin looks healthier and more radiant overall.
