Sam is amazing! She is helping me, at the ripe old age of 33 lol, with my skin. She has currently recommended me an amzing new skin routine to my budget and we went with a carbon facial as a boost for the skin and this was amazing! I have very very sensitive skin. And when I tell u no irritation at all. My skins has never been so smooth, redness has generally decreased. Pore are less noticeable but forever in love with how soft my face it has help with texture so well. Can't wait to have another one.

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!
