Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. I highly recommend!

Great experience. Badar knows how to treat his patients well. I have gone for wet cupping. He has given a massage at the beginning as a gesture before the session.

Words can not describe how I feel the next day after cupping therapy at bio-wise, any aches, pains, muscle problems do not hesitate to contact Karl, you will not regret the decision.

Cupping therapy is really good for my shoulders as I do a physical job. Karl definitely knows his stuff and is a great therapist.

Amazing service, booked myself with Erika for a sports massage, she found the issue in couple minutes then worked on it and at the end the pain i had in my back is completely gone and now they feel like brand new😊would recommend her to whoever needs a massage therapy. This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. I’ve had ALOT of pain in my lower back and shoulders for a long time and it’s gradually got worse since having an epidural. I had cupping done this evening followed by a really hot bath with the lavender Epsom salts that Karl sent me home with and my back feels so much better already!
