I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Michelle is such a kind and lovely person. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Her home therapy room is beautifully designed and tranquil. I had never had reflexology before and I am totally hooked on it. I can’t recommend it enough. I started getting reflexology through my pregnancy but I will definitely continue to visit Michelle after the arrival of my little one. Can’t wait to enjoy many more treatments 💕

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!
